  1. Before our strategy session I'll:

    • Provide a questionnaire to get familiar with you, your brand, and the current analytics setup. This is intended to not only get the lay of the land but also what specific questions you’d like your analytics to answer.

    • Review your answers, and complete an audience and analytics audit

  2. During our strategy session we'll:

    • Discuss your brand, website, and market

    • Review a custom report with an overview of current analytics infrastructure, potential blind spots, actionable solutions, as well as a brand audience segment overview

    • Chat about suggestions on how you can begin implementing the main solution

  3. After our strategy session I'll:

    • Send you a recording of our session and related report so you can refer back to it when needed

    • Follow-up with you after 1 week
